Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards.
Place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We do not charge for any items until they are ready to ship and you have the right to cancel your order within 7 Days (from the day after you received your order) without giving a reason. To exercise your right please send us an email at sales@grandoffers.co.uk to obtain your Returns Number and instructions.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. If returned goods are not in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition they will only be credited upto 50% (or less) of their purchased price, depending on their returned condition.
We will refund you your money (excluding original post & package charge) within 28 days of receipt of returned goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
